-3/20/2018 A COMPLAINT WAS RECEIVED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT DESCRIBING AN ACTIVE COCKROACH PROBLEM AT KCCSI.
-UPON INVESTIGATION PROPER MEASURES ARE BEING TAKEN TO CONTROL ROACH POPULATIONS IN THE ESTABLISHMENT. BAIT TRAPS DID SHOW SOME ACTIVITY. -NO PESTS WERE OBSERVED DURING THIS INSPECTION. -A PEST CONTROL OPERATOR VISITS AND TREATS THIS ESTABLISHMENT MONTHLY. -PEST CONTROL RECORDS CONFIRM THESE VISITS. -IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ALL SIGHTINGS OF PEST BE REPORTED TO THE PEST CONTROL OPERATOR AND THAT THE BAITING PROGRAM BE MAINTAINED AS SPRAYS ALONE MAY NOT CONTROL AN INFESTATION |
